Specification, cleanliness and site coordination
Ductwork is manufactured in-house in Knebworth to DW144. Pressure and leakage classes, materials, connection details, insulation interfaces, inspection requirements and testing responsibilities should be agreed against your specification before manufacture.
Duct ends are protected before despatch. Enhanced cleanliness requirements, delivery restrictions, security procedures and work near live equipment must be reviewed and included in the agreed scope. Phased deliveries and installation sequencing can be discussed with our team.
The mechanical designer remains responsible for airflow calculations, cooling capacity and system performance. Any specialist fire-resisting ductwork, certification or commissioning requirements must be identified and agreed separately.
