In a data hall, air is the cooling circuit — leaky or undersized ductwork translates directly into wasted fan energy, poorer PUE and reduced cooling headroom. We fabricate large supply and return trunking for CRAC/CRAH galleries, plant room connections, transitions and plenums, built to hold their pressure class at scale.
High pressure, high stakes
As duct sections grow and pressures rise, construction rules change: heavier gauges, external stiffening frames, closer joint spacing and more demanding sealing. Our workshop fabricates to DW144's medium and high pressure classifications as the design requires.
Working inside data centre programmes

Our standard online range covers rectangular duct up to 2000mm wide, and we fabricate larger bespoke sections for plant and data centre applications. Tell us the sizes on your schedule and we'll confirm fabrication and transport arrangements.
Can you meet high pressure class and leakage requirements?
Yes — we fabricate to DW144's medium and high pressure classifications, with the corresponding gauges, stiffening and sealing. State the pressure class and leakage limits in your specification and construction follows accordingly.
Do you work with mechanical contractors on data centre projects?
That's the usual arrangement — we fabricate to the contractor's drawings and schedules with phased delivery to site. We can also install where the project prefers a single supply-and-fit package.
How do I price a data centre ductwork package?
