What is DW144 and is your ductwork compliant?
DW144 is the industry standard specification for sheet metal ductwork in the UK, covering gauges, joints, sealing and construction. Every duct section we manufacture meets or exceeds DW144, so it's ready to install on commercial, industrial and public sector projects.
What's the difference between rectangular and spiral ductwork, and which do I need?
Rectangular ductwork suits tight ceiling voids and high-volume commercial systems where flat sides help it fit around structure. Spiral (circular) ductwork is quicker to install, lower leakage and often used for exposed or industrial runs. Both ranges include straight lengths, rectangular bends, reducers and fittings, all made to DW144. If you're unsure, send us your drawings or spec and we'll advise on the best fit.
How do I get a price?

Do I need an account to order?
No. Anyone can configure parts, see real prices and submit a quote without registering. Trade customers can also set up an account for discounted pricing.
Can you make bespoke or custom sizes?
Yes — all our ductwork is made to order to your exact dimensions. If you need a fitting that isn't in the online configurator, send us a sketch or take-off and we'll fabricate it.
Can you supply a 400x200 duct or other specific sizes?
Yes. All our rectangular ductwork is made to order, so a 400x200 duct — or any width × height you need — is no problem. Enter your exact dimensions in the online configurator for an instant price, or send us a schedule of sizes.
What are your lead times?
Ductwork is made to order with fast turnaround. Exact lead time depends on the size and complexity of the order — contact us with your requirements and we'll confirm a dispatch date.
Do you deliver, and where?
Yes, we deliver UK-wide. All ductwork ends are sealed with blue protective film before dispatch so it arrives site-ready. Delivery is calculated at checkout, with express options available.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout. All prices are indicative — contact us for a formal quotation on larger orders.
Do you offer trade accounts or discounted pricing?
Yes. Trade customers can apply for an account to unlock discounted pricing across the range. Get in touch to set one up.
Do you install ductwork or only supply it?
Both. We manufacture and supply ductwork direct to site, and we also provide full installation across the UK. Let us know if you need supply-only or supply-and-install.
What material is your ductwork made from?
Our galvanised ductwork is fabricated in-house from galvanised sheet steel, with beaded stiffening, Mez flanges and oil-based mastic sealing as standard — built to DW144 and made to last.
Do you make fire-rated ductwork?
Yes. Alongside standard galvanised ductwork, we design and fabricate fire-rated ductwork using the FireMac system — for smoke extract, kitchen extract and ventilation systems where building regulations require fire protection.
