Free online ductwork drawing tool
Draw a duct fitting for workshop review: enter dimensions in millimetres, check the 3D shape and download a dimensioned PDF.
Draw rectangular duct fittings and square-to-round transitions
Use this browser-based tool to communicate site measurements to a ductwork fabrication workshop. Choose a rectangular reducer, square bend, offset (set), straight duct or square-to-round transition. Set the end sizes and overall length, identify End A and End B, and add material, thickness, connection details, quantity and workshop notes.
Check dimensions in 3D before exporting your PDF
Rotate the 3D preview and check the orthographic views and dimension schedule. Transitions include 50 mm straight ends within the overall length. Square bends offer optional turning vanes or splitters; the workshop must confirm their construction and spacing. MEZ frames are nominal illustrations, not certified profiles or connection allowances.
Send your ductwork drawing for a quotation
Download a workshop-review PDF or use Order item to send the fitting drawing and your contact details to Smart Ventilation Systems for a quotation. This is a quotation request, not a paid order. Drawings are schematic, not to scale: the workshop must confirm site measurements, orientation, connections and construction details before manufacture.
Ductwork drawing questions
Is the ductwork drawing tool free to use?
Yes. You can draw a fitting, inspect the 3D preview and export a PDF without paying for the tool. Manufacture is quoted separately after workshop review.
Which duct fittings can I draw online?
You can create rectangular reducers, square bends, offsets (sets), straight duct and square-to-round transitions with editable dimensions in millimetres.
Can I save and share my ductwork drawing?
Use Save on device to keep the drawing in this browser, export a JSON file to transfer an editable copy, or download a PDF to share the views and dimension schedule with the workshop. Keep an exported copy if you need a backup.
Are the PDF drawings approved for fabrication?
No. These are workshop-review drawings, not approved fabrication instructions, cutting patterns or certification of DW144 compliance. A workshop must check the measurements and construction details before manufacture.
