Case Study: Roosendaal Development, Netherlands

Client: Dataprojex. Sector: Data Centre. Smart Vent fabricated and installed a complete ductwork package — gas suppression extract systems, fresh air AHU ductwork into data halls, and CRAC unit ventilation systems — totalling 617 metres of ductwork (240m of 450×450mm rectangular, 89m of 3000×500mm rectangular, 288m of 315mm diameter spiral). Outcome: up to 20kg CO₂ saved per metre, a total project saving of 12.3 tonnes CO₂, full project-level carbon visibility, delivered to programme within a critical data centre environment.
